This helps generate quick refrigeration and recovery in balanced air temperature throughout the inside of the unit and you can adjust the desired temperature anywhere from 32F-50F. In addition these units use 2.5in thick of foamed-in place polyurethane insulation to ensure the cold air the compressor generates stays cold.The self-closing swing doors with removable door gasket, recessed handles and 90-degree stay open feature have lift-off hinges for easy access and cleaning. Some other nice features on this unit include the large, locking and rotating caster wheels which are included at no extra charge, an automatic defrost function to prevent the need for a drainage connection, interior shelving and a plastic cutting board that is 8in deep.
