They have an electronic thermostat with digital LED display for accurate control and easy reading. Best of all these units all have the dual UL approvals for both Electrics and Sanitation to meet NSF-7 standards so they are guaranteed to be approved for commercial use in all 50 US States.The compressors are made by world-famous European brand Embraco while the condensing unit has a built-in heating element for efficient evaporation of excess water. The unit uses larger fan motors and blades for more efficient airflow ensuring quick recovery times and a self-contained capillary tube system that uses environmentally-friendly refrigerant.Some other nice features include the self-closing doors that stay open at a 90 degree angle and magnetic door gaskets that are removable and replaceable without tools. These units also include both a full-length 11.5in deep cutting board as well as the popular 1/6 plastic condiment pans.
