 This Stainless Refrigerated Dough Retarder station is brand new, heavy-duty, made in the USA and yet affordable. Featuring a US-made top-quality Tecumseh brand compressor using R-134A Refrigerant, these units have a back-mounted compressor and slim fan coil design to save energy and allow for more storage space and a low-speed evaporator to retain humidity and eliminate the need for a drainage connection.These units all have stainless self-closing hinged doors with recessed handles, an automatic interior light and each door can fit a full-size sheet pan. Temperature control ranges from 32-38F and uses standard 3-prong 115V plug.
