The heavy duty industry standard size 18in x 21in cast iron top grates and the lift-off top two piece, cast iron burners are all removable, making very quick and easy cleanup. This unit features a sturdy lower cabinet storage cavity and sits atop 6in stainless steel legs with adjustable feet.One stainless steel standing pilot for each burner allows for instant ignition, while a pilot shield protects the pilot from spills and grease. It also includes a full width drip tray to catch spills, and a sloping design of cast iron bowls that guide any spill away from the burner ports, protecting the flame and preventing clogs. It comes shipped with Natural Gas orifices pre-installed, and an additional set of Gas orifices are included as well.
