Backed by dual ETL Certification for electrics and sanitation and meets NSF Standards to guarantee its commercial use approval in every state in the USA.This beautiful fryer has a 45-50lb oil capacity and features elegant stainless steel front, door and sides, with a galvanized back and a 16 gauge stainless steel tank with a super smooth machine finish that ensures quick and easy cleanup, all mounted on 6in stainless steel legs. The interior includes a built-in heat deflector, and long lasting baffles that are mounted in the 3 heat exchange tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. The open fry-pot has a large heat-transfer area and every inch of the fry-pot and cold zone can be cleaned and wiped down by hand. Also included is a durable temperature probe that senses temperature change and activates a quick burner response, and two nickel plated oblong wire mesh baskets, with vinyl coated heat protection handles.This unit includes a standing pilot light that provides a ready flame when heat is required, as well as an integrated gas control valve that acts as a manual and pilot valve, automatic pilot valve, gas filter, pressure regulator, and automatic main valve. The SRF-40/50 comes shipped with Natural Gas orifices pre-installed, and an additional set of L.P. Gas orifices are also included.
