Beans for this selection come from the western region of the country, OTUCAN cocoa beans were discovered in a protected and isolated region between the Andes Mountains and the Caribbean Sea, where they were cultivated under the canopy of an old growth forest that has remained unchanged for generations. The Otucan couverture has a soft sustainable bitterness. The mineral freshness hides a hint of green banana, walnut and walnut. The sweet little features underline the floral note.
